Secret 1: Hang out with positive people! The old saying is true; "Who you hang out with is who you will become" Hang out with negative people and you will be negative or Hang out with positive people and you will become positive. I want you to think of your 5 closest friends: Do they support your goals? If the answer is no, I suggest to find new friends.
Secret 2: Have 30 minutes of daily quiet time: I have 30 minutes of quiet time every morning before my wife wakes up. I call this time "my Blue Sky Time". I am able to pray, read the word, meditate, and prepare myself for the day.
Secret 3: Watch tv less than 1 hour per day. Eliminate all news! News equals depression! Get away from it; instead ask a friend whats going on in the world these days. Most of the time they will tell you nothing. Instead of tv, listen to your favorite radio station on xm or pandora.
Secret 4. Read a positive book. Start with one chapter per day. This will consume your mind with great information.
Secret 5. Get an Accountability Partner(someone who is like you or someone you look up to): Meet up with your partner once per week and discuss week's successes and obstacles to bounce ideas off to each other. Two minds work better than one!
I want you to complete the 5 secrets above for 31 days and watch how your mental alertness will increase and you will feel more productive than ever! Next week I will hit on Spiritual Energy!

Speed Kills!
A former strength coach of mine used to always preach to us," Speed kills....so don't get killed." What he was emphasizing was the recent trend of young athletes focusing solely on strength training while ignoring their speed and agility work. In virtually any sport the game can be won or lost by the team or athlete with the most speed. Most athletes can become bigger and stronger by lifting weights, but the wildcard in many games is speed. Speed is hard to teach and mostly an inherited attribute. However, with proper training emphasizing technique, explosiveness, balance, flexibility and agility an athlete can reach their maximum speed potential. So next time you are wanting an edge on an opponent, head to the track rather than the weight-room because speed kills.

We have 3 different energies; they can be positive or negative which can really help you or hurt you in life! The first energy is physical. God gave us one body and we must take care of it to get optimum physical energy. Our body is made to move and if all we do is sit at a desk 8 hours/day, 5 days per week; we will die younger! So take care of your body and gain as much energy as possible!
Follow these steps below:
