Best Massage Ever!!

I just had the best massage of my life!!!  I have been so sore for the past 3 weeks that I needed one!!   My workout goal is to increase my muscle mass for next 3 months.  So I been doing 3 sets of 4-6 reps going to fatigue each set.  My schedule is Monday:  Chest, Tuesday:  Back, Wednesday:  Legs, Thursday:  Shoulders, and Friday:  Arms and for cardio I am doing 30 minutes/day on arc trainer before resistance training.  Now back to that massage; it was better than any massage ever.  First of all Frieda W is awesome in lake charles and second I have been so sore that it felt good to work the soreness out of my body. 

So below is 6 tips to help you relax for the weekend:

- Get a Deep Tissue Massage
- Take a Hot Bath
- Lay under a fan for 5 minutes with glass of  cold water(practice deep breathing:  Inhale through nose, exhale through mouth for 5 minutes)
- Eat a crisp salad with grilled shrimp or chicken
- Read your favorite book
- Take a nap or go to bed

That is what I call relaxation : )  Try it you might like it!
